🥒 Ingredients (for 1 serving)

  • 3–4 eggs (or as many as you prefer)

  • 1 tbsp avocado oil (great for high-heat cooking)

  • Pinch of salt

  • Black pepper, basil, curry, or your favorite spices

  • Fresh vegetables: tomatoes, cucumber, bell pepper

  • Optional: fresh garlic on the side (great against Candida!)

  1. Heat a frying pan and add a splash of avocado oil. (It’s the best oil for high-heat cooking since it doesn’t release harmful compounds.)
