This candida-friendly buckwheat recipe combines gluten-free green buckwheat, organic chicken, and probiotic veggies for a nourishing and balanced meal.
🌱This dish combines raw green buckwheat (naturally gluten-free), oven-baked chicken, cucumber, and fermented garlic. To keep it truly healing, make sure all ingredients come from organic farms – clean meat and vegetables free from antibiotics, pesticides, and additives.
Raw green buckwheat (naturally gluten-free, uncooked, not roasted)
Chicken (whole or pieces – preferably organic)
Spices for marinating: salt, pepper, basil, oregano, rosemary, garlic (or any favorites)
Fresh or fermented cucumber (organic)
Fresh or fermented garlic cloves (organic)
Prepare the chicken first – marinate with salt, pepper, basil, oregano, rosemary, garlic, or your favorite spices.
You can bake a whole chicken or just pieces.
This can be done the same day or even the night before, making it easy to have ready for several meals.
Store leftovers in the fridge and simply reheat when needed.
Cook the buckwheat – rinse the raw green buckwheat thoroughly under running water. Add it to boiling salted water and cook until tender.
Prepare the sides – slice cucumbers (fresh or fermented) and add garlic cloves (fermented or fresh), adjusting the amount to your preference.
Serve – plate the buckwheat with a portion of baked chicken and fresh or fermented vegetables for a wholesome, Candida-friendly meal.
Raw green buckwheat (uncooked, not roasted) is mild in taste, nutrient-dense, and naturally gluten-free.
Always choose organic meat, vegetables, and grains to avoid antibiotics, pesticides, and harmful additives.
Fermented garlic and cucumbers are rich in probiotics, supporting gut health.
Use herbs like rosemary, oregano, and basil for a fragrant and healing flavor.
